Why choose Ernest Wilsons?

Talking to a client earlier whose business I valued last week, he asked me 'Why choose Ernest Wilsons' as he had obtained valuations from 3 agents. I explained that all estate agents are not the same. Businesses are only worth what a client is willing to pay - the best way to gauge this is to compare businesses with businesses that have recently sold. At Ernest Wilsons, as we sell a high volume of businesses, we have a very accurate list of comparable businesses. We are more than happy to provide comparable evidence to clients when having their business valued - this is something that other agents are unwilling to do, we assume this is because they do not sell many businesses - many agents make their money not by selling businesses but by obtaining monies up front - this is a practice that Ernest Wilsons do not adopt - we do not ask for money up front.
