Another Greggs bakers opening thanks to Ernest Wilsons!

We are often approached by field agents for a varied number of blue chip companies looking for new sites for their clients.

Greggs PLC, the leading bakery retailer in the UK are constantly looking for new sites but have specific criteria depending on size, location, potential footfall etc.

One site that ticked all the boxes was suggested by us, a newly modernised building in Sticker Lane, Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Greggs bakers sent their surveyors etc to look at the area and assess if it was suitable. After some substantial negotiations between Greggs, ourselves and our clients a deal was agreed and Solicitors instructed.

Completion has just taken place and the Greggs shopfitters will be starting very shortly.
