Barrie Richards of Richards Family Fisheries whom recently sold his business through us in Brighouse, has today completed the purchase of Moorend Fisheries at 157 Bradford Road, Cleckheaton, BD19 3SX.
This is another business where, with Barrie's experience and hard work will no doubt be another roaring success.
Moorend Fisheries is a hugely popular lock up fish and chips shop in a fabulous trading location - a well established business which has traded from this site for generations. The current owners are not suited to the trade, currently taking £2,200 to £2,300 weekly. This is a double fronted lock up shop facing a major road with easy parking. The premises comprise: modern frontage with forecourt parking and seating. Internally: open plan, fully tiled sales shop with 3 pan counter range and large preparation room. The business trades in only four and a half days and is held on a secure lease with sensible rent.
No doubt Barrie, by renaming the business 'Richards Family Fisheries' and putting his golden touch to it will create another fabulous fish & chips business that will thrive.
