Instruction to completion in 8 days!

When old clients of mine rang me to say that a Tenant of theirs had handed the keys back on their fish & chips shop and asked me to find a new Tenant, I arranged to meet with them as soon as possible - as the shop had only recently closed it was imperative that as much of the goodwill was preserved. They gave our agency instructions on 18th June 2014 to find them a Tenant and it was agreed a premium would be charged to cover the fixtures & fittings and our fees.

Upon agreeing terms with an interested party, Solicitors were quickly instructed to issue a contract and lease to the party and I am pleased to confirm that completion took place today.

Both the landlord and new Tenant are extremely pleased with the transaction - the landlord as he has got a new Tenant and the Tenant as he has got a recently closed business for a very good price.
