Instruction to completion in 8 days!

When old clients of mine rang me to say that a Tenant of theirs had handed the keys back on their fish & chips shop and asked me to find a new Tenant, I arranged to meet with them as soon as possible - as the shop had only recently closed it was imperative that as much of the goodwill was preserved.
